Where Mental Health Meets Elite Mindset Performance

Modern companies are facing a quiet crisis.
Stress is rising. Burnout is spreading. Leaders are carrying more weight than ever.
My mission is simple: help organizations build stronger, healthier, and more focused teams by using real-world mental health strategies that actually work under pressure.
I’m Andre Fluellen, an 8-year NFL veteran. I care deeply about mental health because the pressure to perform mentally broke me at one point in my playing career. When every decision, every mistake, and every moment is evaluated, it becomes nearly impossible to ever turn your mind off.
The NFL taught me this: your mind is your most important teammate.
When pressure rises, when stress hits, and when your back is against the wall, your mental health determines how you respond.
Today, I bring those same lessons into the corporate world through high-impact mental health experiences that help teams perform better without burning out.
The N.F.L. Mental Performance Protocol is a simple evidence based framework designed to help people perform under pressure without losing themselves in the process. Built from both elite sports experience and established mental health research, the protocol translates complex psychology into three clear actionable steps that anyone can apply, whether on the field, at work or in life.
Notice teaches awareness. Before change can happen, the mind must first recognize what is happening internally; including thoughts, stress responses, and emotional shifts.
Feel creates permission. Naming and allowing emotions reduces impulsive behavior and helps regulate the nervous system rather than suppressing it.
Link restores protection. Research consistently shows that connection to people, purpose, and support is one of the strongest protective factors against anxiety, depression, and burnout.
This framework reflects what high performing environments already understand. Mental health is not about weakness, but about management. When individuals learn to Notice, Feel, and Link, they do not just survive pressure…they perform through it with clarity and resilience.
Stress, burnout, and disengagement are rising across the country but most organizations don’t see it until performance drops or people walk out the door.
Employees want support.
Leaders want answers.
Companies need solutions that actually work in high-pressure environments.
Mental health is no longer a “bonus.”
It is the foundation of performance, retention, decision-making, and team connection.
Everything I teach is simple, evidence-based, and proven. Your team will walk away with tools they can use the same day.

Playing 8 years in the NFL and learning mental strategies from hall of famers taught me that your mind is your most important teammate. The pressure in the NFL never stops. The mindset tools I used on the field are the same tools I now teach companies to protect mental health, reduce stress, and create stronger teams.
